The fun begins! We get to work designing, providing drafts, and redesigning, all while working with you to establish your perfect brand.

Packaging & Delivery

Agreed upon designs receive their finishing touches and are packaged for print and/or web. Your new design is ready to launch!

  • How do I know which services to opt for?
    The best way to identify this is with a conversation! We provide a free one-hour consultation to all potential clients in order to help establish the groundwork you need to launch or rebrand your business. All of our services are offered a la carte so you can get started with as much or as little as you wish. For those more in-depth projects, we offer custom package pricing to ensure you are getting the best bang for your buck.
  • How long is the process?
    Timelines vary depending on what services you and your business opt for. Logo design along with custom collateral design can take 2-8 weeks, while the more in-depth web design process can take anywhere from 6-12 weeks. This timeline is determined by the intricacy of your website. We do offer expedited services at the same pricing - find out how!
  • Do you offer packages?
    Yes! We offer custom design packages based on your branding requirements. Please email us to get a custom quote for your project. If you are looking for the cost of our a la carte services you can find a price list here.
  • What will I receive at the end?
    Other than a new or refreshed look for your brand, we provide all the necessary files so you can hit the ground running. Depending on the services rendered, we offer the following file types for both web and print: .pdf .jpg .png .eps Furthermore, we offer assistance throughout the printing process at a minimal hourly rate so your files come to life just as planned.
  • What platform do you use to build websites?
    We offer a variety of options when it comes to web design. We understand that the needs of our clients differ on a project by project basis and we strive to be flexible so we can meet each specific need with confidence and grace. That being said, we work on the following platforms: Wordpress Squarespace Wix Reach out with your branding and design needs to decipher which is the best option for you and your business!
  • What if I don't see my question listed here?
    At Creativo, we pride ourselves on transparency and availability.
